At Point 65 Sweden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
